摘要
顺式阿曲库铵作为一种新型中效非去极化肌松药，目前在临床上已得到广泛的应用，为了更加安全、有效、合理地应用顺式阿曲库铵。本文就其药代动力学、药效动力学以及临床应用和研究现状作一综述。
Cisatracudum besilate is a nondepoladsing neuromuscular blocking agent with an intermediate duration of action.It is well studied and widely used in clinical experiences presently.In order to be more effective,secure.rational application of cisatracurium.This article reviews the studies about parmacokinetics.pharmacodynamics.clinical application and some advances of cisatracurium during recent years.
