经掌侧入路关节镜下治疗三角纤维软骨复合体损伤

摘要 近年来，腕关市解剖研究进展显示，三角纤维软骨复合体（triangular fibrocartilage complex，TFCC）损伤是尺侧疼痛及远侧尺桡关节不稳的一个基本因素，关节镜下修复周围型的TFCC损伤已经取得了令人鼓舞的成绩。然而，对于进入的方式和手术入路仍然存在争议，尽管常规入路和桡侧入路应用很广，
