摘要
随着低空空域的逐步开放,低空空域管理将面临安全防卫、管制运行、信息服务等问题,必须充分地利用新技术来解决低空空域管理所面临的问题,以提高低空空域资源使用的安全和效率。为此,从低空空域管理所面临的问题出发,对解决不同问题的新技术进行了全面分析,并给出了解决问题的相应建议。最后,还指出了新技术在低空空域管理中的应用发展趋势。
Management of low attitude space faces many problems, including security and defense, operation of ATM, information service, and so on. Because of its opening, new ATM technologies must be taken to solve these problems and thus to improve the safety and efficiency in using the low attitude space resource. For this purpose, this paper describes in detail the problems of low attitude space management, analyzes new technologies for solving various problems, and gives the related recommends. Finally, this paper forecasts the application trend of new technologies in low attitude space management.
