社会工作人才的性质决定了其素质的特殊重要性,科学发展观对社会工作人才素质提出了新要求。社会工作人才特别要具有无私的奉献精神、良好的心理素质、全面的业务能力及扎实细致的工作作风。
The nature of social work professionals determines its special importance of the quality. The scientific concept of development proposes a new request on the quality of social work professionals. Social work professionals should possess in particular the selfless dedication, good psychological quality, comprehensive operational capacity and detailed and down-to-earth style of work.
