摘要
世界金融危机对全球金融体系及实体经济造成重创,航运业更是本轮危机的重灾区。运用SWOT的战略管理分析方法,针对中国航运企业现阶段所面临的内外部环境,提出影响航运企业战略选择的重要影响因素并进行定性分析,据以得出航运企业战略选择方案。
The world＇s financial crisis has inflicted heavy losses on global financial system as well as its entity economy. And the shipping industry is the first to be affected by this crisis. Ac- cording to the internal and external environment faced by the shipping enterprises in China presently, several influential factors which have important influence on the strategic choice bf shipping enterprises has been proposed and qualitative analysis has been done on these factors in this paper by applying strategic management analysis methods of SWOT. Then it put forward the strategic choice scheme of the shipping enterprises.
