摘要
采用一种可由尼龙布网将甜菜根与土壤分开(但根毛可以穿过)的微型塑料盆钵进行土培试验,研究了两个甜菜品种(Colibri和Elan)根际土壤交换性钠含量的分布规律,结果表明:1)两甜菜品种在施钠后,其根际交换性钠的含量分布可用方程y=a(1-e-(b+cx)拟合,各方程的决定系数均≥0.96;2)甜菜在幼苗期吸收钠过程,根际钠离子的迁移主要是通过扩散途径完成的;3)品种Colibri的吸收钠能力高于Elan,其根际钠的耗竭距离、单位根长耗竭的土体体积分别比Elan高出13%~18%和28%~30%;4)钾素能在一定程度上促进甜菜幼苗对根际土壤中钠的吸收,使根际土壤中钠的耗竭距离、单位根长耗竭的土体体积分别增加5%~9%和9%~19%,且对品种Colibri表现出较大的正效应。
By the use of a special mini pot, the charicteristics of sodium uptake in the rhizosphere of two different sugar beet varieties were studied,The results showed that:a)after an application of Na, the distributions of exchangable Na content in the rhizosphere of the two varieties could be fitted by the function y=a(1-e-(b+cx)), and the determinative coefficients of all functions were equal or more than 0.96;b)during the process of Na uptake in the seedling stage of sugar beet, the transfer of Na in the rhizosphere was mainly conducted by means of diffusion;c) the Na uptake ability of the variety Colibri was higher than that of Elan,with its Na depleted distances and depleted soil volumes per unit root being 13%~18% and 28%~30% greater than that of Elan,respectively;d)potassium could to a certain extent stimulate Na uptake in the rhizosphere of the sugar beet seedlings,and make Na depleted distances and depleted soil volumes per unit root to be increased to a range of 5%~9% and 9%~19%, respectively. Comparing the ability of Na uptake in the rhizosphere of Colibri with that of Elan, potassium had a greater positive effect on the former than that on the latter.
