摘要
刑事指定辩护制度是我国刑事辩护制度的重要组成部分,该制度的完备程度直接关系到被追诉者的辩护权能否得到充分保护、刑事诉讼程序的公正性能否得到体现。目前我国刑事指定辩护制度存在一定的不足,因此有必要结合立法和司法实践进行分析,以期进一步完善。
The designated defending system in criminal prosecution is the important composition of the criminal defending system. Whether it is complete or not is related to the prosecutor＇s right protected fully, the fairness manifested in the criminal procedure. At present the designated defending system has flaws. So it is essential to analyze the system from legislation to the judicial practice for consummating it.
