摘要
多焦视觉电生理学可以客观评价视网膜和视觉神经系统的功能状态,主要包括多焦视网膜电图(multi-focal electroretinogram,mfERG)技术和多焦视诱发电位(multifocal visual evoked potential,mfVEP)技术,本文对mfERG和mfVEP技术反应信号记录、分析等研究领域的研究进行了介绍,并对多焦视觉电生理学的法医学应用价值进行了探讨。
Multifocal visual electrophysiology, consisting of the muhifocal electroretinogram (mfERG) technique and the muhifocal visual evoked potential (mfVEP) technique, can evaluate injuries of retina and visual nervous system objectively. Popu- lar investigations of mfERG technique and mfVEP technique, such as signal record and signal analysis, were summarized in this paper. and the application value of muhifocal visual electrophysiology in forensic medicine was discussed.
