摘要
目的:观察玉米须煎剂对冠心病患者血管内皮依赖性扩张功能的影响。方法:选择冠心病患者256例,随机分成治疗组(132例)和对照组(124例)。所有患者均接受冠心病的常规治疗。治疗组在此基础上服用玉米须煎剂(60g/d),每日3次,每次100ml,疗程3周。血管超声测定血管内皮依赖性扩张功能,比较两组治疗前后血流介导的血管扩张(FMD)的变化。结果:治疗组治疗后血流介导的血管扩张(FMD)明显高于对照组[(11.61±2.04)%:(8.83±2.31)%,P<0.05]。结论:玉米须煎剂可改善冠心病患者血管内皮依赖性扩张功能。
Objective： To observe the effect of stigma maydis decoction on endothelium--dependent blood vessel dilational function in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods.. A total of 256 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divide into the treatment group （132 cases） and control group （124 cases）. All patients received conventional therapy. Base upon these, patients in treatment group took stigma maydis decoction （60g/d）, 100ml, 3 times/d, continuing three weeks. The changes of flow-mediated dilatation （FMD, vascular ultrasound determination of endothelium dependent blood vessel dilation） were detected before and after treat, and compared between two groups. Results： In treatment group, FMD was significantly higher than that of control group [-（11.61±2.04） % vs. （8.83±2.31） %, P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Stigma maydis decoction improve endothelium-dependent blood vessel dilational function in patients with coronary heart disease.
