摘要
为实现优势互补、整合高等院校教育资源,我国很多高校从原来的几所部属院校合并成为一所综合性大学,这使学校的管理也从原来的一校一区的自我管理发展到多校区的统一管理。本文分析了当前多校区高校资产管理中存在的问题,并就相关问题提出了解决的具体措施,以期为实现多校区大学资产的良性发展及合理配置,实现我国大学的可持续发展找到一条有效途径。
In order to achieve the complementary advantages and integrate resources,multi-campus university formed from several subordinates to a comprehensive university in China,which makes the management of the school from the original one school,one district of self-management into a multi-Campus unified management.Therefore,how to effectively manage the large-scale assets of multi-campus universities become increasingly prominent important.In this paper,we take the perspective of asset management,eonibined with the current circumstantialities of multi-campus university,and analysis the situation of fixed assets and intangible assets. We point out the problems of manage the large-scale assets of multi-campus universities,then we propose specific and effective measures solutions to the problems. This paper find an effective way to realization benign development and rational configuration of multi-campus University of assets,and then achieve a way of sustainable development in Chinese universities.
