摘要
由于鼓风机的安全、高效运行对整个生产流程起着非常重要的作用,因此其监控系统的设计受到过程控制研究者的持续关注。本文以一台高炉鼓风机为例,介绍了使用西门子S7-300系列PLC良好实现了对高炉鼓风机的监测与控制,重点介绍了防喘振系统的设计。
Running of the blast furnace blower in salty and efficiency is very important to entire production process. The researchers on process control pay more attention on the automatic systems＇ design. With a actual application of the blast furnace blower,we introduce how to achieve the blast furnace blower＇s monitoring by using the series of Siemens S7-300 PLC, especially the blast furnace blower＇s anti-surge control system.
