基于多信号模糊融合的微孔钻削在线监测

摘要 利用轴向力、扭矩和主轴电机电流信号来监测微小钻头在钻削过程中的状态,提出了运用模糊控制作为多信号融合来监测微钻头状态的监测模型。结果表明,利用该模型得到的监测阈值进行在线监测可有效避免钻头折断。 Thrust ,torque and main shaft' s current signals were applied to monitor the state of micro-drill during drilling process . A fuzzy controlling monitoring model was established based on multi-signal combination. The results showed that the drill breakage was avoided during drilling process by the monitoring model.
