摘要
家畜JIVET技术采用外源处理幼龄母畜,诱导卵泡发育,并对其卵母细胞体外成熟培养、体外受精以及体外胚胎生产,经胚胎移植产生后代。本文综述了JIVET技术的研究现状、基本操作步骤,并进一步分析了JIVET技术中的影响因素,以及该技术所存在的问题和发展前景。
The procedure of JIVET is to juvenile with extraneous hormone and to collect cumulus-oocyte complexes. Then culture it and fertilization in vitro, through embryo transfer to creat offspring. This text overviewed the present research of JIVET technique, introduced basic operation procedure and gave out a further analysis of influence factors to the technique, the existing problems and development of JIVET technique were also dissussed.
