摘要
农区村庄治理是建设社会主义新农村的基础和农村社会经济可持续发展的重要工程。该文首先分析黄淮海农区村庄现状和村庄治理的推动力,进而结合实例探讨了该区域农区村庄治理的主要模式、做法以及关键环节,并从六个方面提出了黄淮海农区村庄治理的发展对策。
Village readjustment in agricultural areas is the foundation for constructing a new socialist countryside, and the effective way to achieve the sustainable social and economic development. In this paper, the authors firstly analyze the status quo and the driving forces for village readjustment in agricultural area of Huanghuaihai Region, and then discuss on the main patterns, methods and key steps for village management. Finally six countermeasures are proposed by the authors for promote village readjustment in agricultural area of Huanghuaihai Region.
