摘要
润滑油添加剂合成进程的动态控制一直是合成过程的关键和难点,针对这一关键点,采用pH-电导率的在线监测技术对高碱值环烷酸钙润滑油添加剂的合成进程进行全程动态监测,实时跟踪合成体系的变化情况。结果表明,整个中和过程和碳酸化过程巾的pH值和电导率的变化规律与反应进行的程度有直接的联系,中和反应结束时的pH值为9.8,碳酸化反应终点时pH值在6.7~7.3范围内,电导率为0.095~0.1μS/cm。pH-电导率在线监测技术的应用实现了润滑油清净剂合成过程的自动化控制,从而为润滑油添加剂的自动化生产奠定了基础。
The key and difficulty to the preparation was the dynamic control in the process of the praparation of lubricating oil detergent. The whole reaction process of high based calcium naphthenate detergent could be determined by pH-conductivity online measurement technique. The variety during the synthesis system could be concluded at the real time. The results indicated that the pH and conductivity in neutralization and cabonation reaction were observed. It had direct relation with the synthesis degree. The pH number is 9.8 at the end of neutralization reaction, and pH number range is 6.7 - 7.3 and the conductivity range is 0. 095 - 0.1 μS/cm at the end of carbonation reaction. It was proved that it was succeeded in process control automatically during the preparation of high based calcium naphthenate detergent by the pH-conductivity online measurement technique. It also could be established the excellent base for the automatical production of lubricating oil detergent.
