摘要
对新疆某小尾寒羊场副结核病进行病理学观察。病羊消瘦、拉软屎、贫血；小肠后段至结肠粘膜增生形成皱褶，主要是上皮样细胞、多核巨细胞和淋巴细胞增生，肠腺萎缩。肠系膜淋巴结水肿和上皮样细胞等增生。病变肠粘膜和肠淋巴结抹片，抗酸染色可见细胞内外有副结核菌。
