摘要
本文对影响泥鳅人工繁殖主要外界因素进行了研究。结果表明，使用促黄体生成素释放激素类似物对泥鳅进行人工催产，剂量为30毫克／尾（雄鱼减半），水体pH值为6．5～7．0，性比（♀：♂）为1：2，下午6时注射，水温在20℃～30℃时，催产效果最佳。
The external factors which influence artificial propagation of Misgurnus nguillcaudatus are.studied in this paper. The results show that when LRH-A is used as oxytocic with the dosage of 30mg per individual(half for male), together with water pH value of 6. 5~7. 0, water temperature of 20℃ ~ 30℃,sex ratio (♀: ♂ ) of 1: 2, and injection time at 6 pm, the best effect of induced labor is gotten.
