摘要
猪瘟病毒（ＣＳＦＶ）属黄病毒科，瘟病毒属，感染猪可引起猪瘟，是一种危害严重的畜病毒。本文综述了近年来在ＣＳＦＶ与宿主细胞间关系及其致病机制方面的研究进展，并对防治猪瘟的各种方法，特别是几种疫苗的研制及特点进行了比较分析，为今后对猪瘟的控制工作提供参考。
Classical swine fever virus (CSFV)is a member of the genus Pestivirus,family Flaviviridae.It casuses hog cholera,a contagious disease which leads to severe economic losses worldwide.This paper summarizes the recent advances in study of the pathogenesis and effects of CSFV on its host cells.Especially,we analyse and compare various methods in the prevention and control of CSFV in pigs,which would be a valuable reference to the work of controlling and eliminating CSFV in the future.
