水平潜流人工湿地氮转化模型研究 被引量:4

Modelling nitrogen transformation in horizontal subsurface constructed wetland

摘要 本研究建立了一个水平潜流人工湿地氮转化机理模型,模型中氮变量主要考虑有机氮,氨氮和硝氮,氮转化的主要过程包括:氨化作用,硝化作用,反硝化作用,基质作用,植物作用和微生物作用。通过对试验数据的拟合得到模型中的未知参数,再对模型进行验证,结果表明模型预测值与实测值的吻合较好,模型可以应用于水平潜流人工湿地处理生活污水中氮去除效果的预测。水平潜流人工湿地的总氮去除率为65%,去除的主要途径为硝化和反硝化作用,占总氮去除量的80%。植物吸收作用较显著,占总氮去除量的17%。 In this paper a mechanistic model for prediction of nitrogen transformation in horizontal subsurface constructed wetlands is developed with the nitrogen state variables of organic-nitrogen, ammonia-nitrogen and nitrate-nitrogen. The major nitrogen transformation processes considered in this study are ammonification, nitrification, denitrification, plant uptake, biomass assimilation and biomass decomposition. The unknown model parameters were calibrated by using experimentally measured data, and then the model predictions were verified by using different sets of data. The predicted effluent concentrations are close to measurements. The model is an effective tool for evaluating nitrogen removal in domestic sewage by horizontal subsurface constructed wetlands. The removal rate of TN is 65 % . The major nitrogen removal routes are through nitrification/denitrification and plant uptake that contribute 80% and 18%, respectively.
