摘要
文章采用iCAP6300型ICP光谱仪测定多种元素。以硝酸(1+1)溶解金属钴粉,用钴基体匹配,选择合适的背景校正方法和各元素最佳波长,用水平观测方式同时测定金属钴中的镁、铝、铜、锌、铁、铅、硅、锰、镍九种杂质元素含量。其检出限分别为/μg·g-1:0.34、0.17、0.21、0.18、0.19、0.24、0.16、0.14、0.29,相对标准偏差小于5%,标准加入回收率为92%~104%。该方法快速简便,准确度高,适用于生产分析。
It uses iCAP 6300 ICP spectroscope to determine some elements. The metallic cobalt powders are dis- solved by nitric acid( 1 + 1), and matched with cobalt matrix. Selecting suitable background correction method and optimum wavelength of every elements, under this condition, the content of Mg, Al, Cu, Zn, Fe, Pb, Si, Mn, Ni in the metallic cobalt powders are determined by Axially Viewed. The detection limit(μg/g)of these elements above respectively are 0.17,0.21,0.18.0.19,0.24,0.16,0.14,0.29. The relative standard deviation is within 5%. Reclaimable rate is within 92% - 104%. This method is fast and convenient with high accuracy. It can be applied to production analysis.
