摘要
针对大功率整流装置,提出一种基于模糊自适应PI控制的晶闸管电流解耦控制方案,有效地提高了系统的稳定性和控制精度,降低了直流输出的纹波。应用于生产现场表明,该控制系统有效地提高了电流控制精度,降低了系统的能耗,提高了产品的质量,延长了整流设备的使用寿命。
Aims at the big power rectifier device,a decoupling control based on self-tuning fuzzy adaptive PI control was proposed to control the currents flowing over the transistors. And then the stability and the preci sion of the rectifier are improved, the fluctuation of the output current is reduced through the presented control method. The practice proves the system can improve the smelting quality and reduce the waste. It can also extend the life of the transformer of the rectifier.
