摘要
运用文献调研、问卷调查等方法,对浙江省体育运动学校竞技体育后备人才培养现状进行了研究。结论:其主要影响因素为生源不足、后备人才交流太少、教练员科研水平待提高、运动训练科学化水平不高、教体结合不力和学训矛盾突出。建议:树立可持续发展人才观;在三级训练体制基础上,构建运动训练多元发展新体系;以大中小学为主阵地,加大教体结合力度,形成"教体结合"新格局。
The thesis writers employ literature review and questionnaire to research the status quo ot talent reserve cultivation in Zhejiang sports schools. It is concluded that major factors affecting the cultivation are lack of reserve talents, little exchange of reserve talents, limited scientific research level of coaches and low scientific training level, prominent contradiction between learning and training. It is proposed that the sustainable development talent outlook should be established, new system of pluralistic training development should be constructed and learning and training should be combined.
