Unit weight design of embedded composite yarn

摘要 为使嵌入式复合纱线密度满足设计要求,在确定细纱定量时考虑了混纺短纤维的混合定量和长丝定量。通过对其成纱混合回潮率、干质量混合比和短纤维干定量等细纱定量设计参数的计算公式推导和举例计算,得出了成纱定量参数的计算公式和计算方法。认为混纺短纤维的公定回潮率和短纤维与长丝干质量混合比计算是其成纱定量设计的关键;粗纱所纺细纱干定量和短纤维回潮率为粗纱定量和细纱牵伸倍数的设计提供了依据。 In order to make the linear density of embedded composite yam satisfy with the designed demand, mixed quantitative of the blended staple fiber and filament quantitative are to be considered when in determining the unit weight ( weigh per unit) of spun yarn. Through deducing and calculating the formula in designing parameters of spun yarn unit weight, such as blended moisture regain, blended ratio of dry weight and dry unit weight of staple fiber of the formed embedded composite yarn calculating formula and method to calculate unit weight parameters of embedded composite yarn are obtained. It holds that the key to calculate the unit weight of the formed embedded composite yarn is the official regain of blended staple fiber and the dry weight of staple fiber and filament. Based on the dry unit weight of spun yarn and staple fiber moisture regain, unit weight of roving and drawing multiple of spun yam can be designed.
