球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折23例疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的 观察球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法采用球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性压缩骨折患者23例（28个椎体），记录畸形纠正情况、VAS评分及并发症发生情况。结果随访4-79周，所有患者椎体前壁和中壁较术前分别平均增高4．3、3．7mm；Cobb’s角平均减少3．15。；VAS评分较术前平均减少6．08分；骨水泥椎体外渗漏发生率为10．7％。结论球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折安全有效，可恢复椎体高度，能迅速缓解疼痛，增加脊柱稳定性。
