摘要
目的:探讨凉血解毒汤对血热型银屑病患者血清白细胞介素IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子TNF水平的影响,以评价本药的临床疗效和药理机制。方法:随机选取50例血热型银屑病患者为治疗组,并设正常对照组,观察治疗组治疗前后临床症状及其血中IL-6、TNF水平的变化。结果:血热型银屑病患者经凉血解毒汤治疗后,患者血清IL-6、TNF显著含量降低(P<0.05,结论:凉血解毒汤通过清热解毒,凉血活血等药理作用,明显降低IL-6,TNF的血清含量,使患者免疫调节趋向正常。
Objective：To asses drug pharmacological mechanisms, the effects of Liangxue jiedu in serum cytokines （interleukin, IL- 6 and tumor necrosis factor, TNF -α）levels in patients of psoriasis were investigated. Methods：Randomly selected 50 xuere types syndrome of psoriasis were treated with Liangxue jiedu decoction for two months in treating group, and 31 healthy cases were as a normal control group, and serum IL - 6 and TNF - αlevel change were observed before and after treament. Results ：The serum reducing IL - 6, levels were observed in treated by Liangxue jidu patients of psoriasis（ P≤0.01 ）, TNF- αlevel change tend to reduce. Conclusion ：The study suggested that Liangxue jiedu decoction Qin- grejiedu, Liangxuehuoxue pharmacological effect, reducing serm IL - 6 TNF -α content in psoriasis of xuere types syndrome of patients with normal immune regulation trends.
