摘要
从生产工艺、硬件、软件等方面介绍了微机控制不定形耐火材料配料和混料系统，实践证明该控制系统在提高不定形耐火材料生产自动化、减少粉尘对操作人员的危害，提高劳动生产率以及保证产品质量和促进全厂的计算机管理等方面，都具有显著的优势。
From the points of manufacturing processes of monolithic refractory, hardware and software of computers, batchingand mixing systems for monolithic refractories controlled by computers have been discussed. It is proved in practice thatcomputer-controlled processes can effectively promote the automation of manufacturing processes, lessen the dust-pollution, elevate the productivity, ensure the quality of products and perfect the management aided by computers.
