摘要
壳聚糖是由甲壳质脱去乙酰基而制得的。通过壳聚糖直接吸附锌离子和将壳聚糖与抗坏血酸反应后再吸附锌离子的比较,表明:后者对锌离子的吸附率高。从机理上分析了两者对锌离子吸附能力的差异。
Chitosan can be made from chitin by alkaline deacylation. This paper compares zinc ions of the absorption by chitasan with by the compound of chitosan and ascorbic acid. The result shows that the compound can absorb can absorb more zinc ions. This paper analyses the differences from theory.
