摘要
生态文明是人类社会继农业文明、工业文明后进行的一次新选择,是人类文明发展的必然趋势,是坚持可持续发展战略的本质体现,已成为建设中国特色社会主义事业进程中的重大课题。生态文明是可持续发展的基石,可持续发展是生态文明建设应遵循的原则,二者相得益彰。当前,加快生态文明建设,必须转变思维方式,确立生态文明的执政准则;改变经济发展模式,大力发展循环经济;创新环境管理机制,积极探索生态文明建设的有效途径。
Ecological civilization is a new choice for human society after agricultural civilization and industrial civilization, it is an inevitable trend of human society development and essential embodiment of sustainable development. And ecological civilization has been the great subject during the process of socialist cause with Chinese characteristics. Building ecological civilization and insisting on sustainable development are closely related and interdependent. Nowadays, speeding up the development of ecological civilization must change the idea and economic development model, strengthen governance conception, develop recycle economy, innovate mechanism and take effective measures.
