摘要
史12井是一口预探井,位于山东省东营市东营区龙居乡大孙村西北距离约650 m。设计井深3 750 m,实际完钻井深3 801 m。该井上部地层易造浆,下部沙河街地层易井壁失稳产生掉块,造成井下复杂,过高的钻井液密度会损害油气层。针对该井不同地层段的实际情况,在室内实验基础上确定上部施工采用聚合物钻井液体系,下部采用聚磺聚合醇钻井液体系,并制订了相应的维护措施,应用低密度钻井液顺利完成了施工任务,有效地保护了油气层。
Shil2 is a preliminary prospecting well, whose target is the deep oil layer of Block shil2. The upper layer is loose, and the lower is easy to collapse. Too high drilling fluid density can damage oil and gas layer. Then according to characteristic of each layer, polymer mud system is used in the upper layer, and sulphonated polymer mud in the lower. The oil layer has been protected from harm.
