摘要
对油田开采中抽油机普遍存在的轻载运行的问题,提出采用专家智能控制进行抽油机间歇控制的节能方案;建立专家控制器的结构,重点构造基于遗传算法的模糊神经网络推理机。在此基础上,以ARM处理器和嵌入式Linux操作系统为核心,构建抽油机节能专家控制系统的软硬件平台,该系统已成功应用于抽油机的间歇启停控制,节能效果明显。
To solve the problem of the oil pump light load running existed in oil field of exploitation, the energy saving scheme of oil pump "intermittent start--stop" which uses expert intelligent control is proposed; the framework of expert controller is established, which emphase on the construction of fuzzy neural network inference engine based on genetic algorithm. On the beforementioned blue print, the software and hardware flat of the oil pump energy saving expert control system based on ARM processor and embeded Linux operating system is constructed, which has been successfully used on the "intermittent start--stop" control for the oil pump, the energy effection is all right.
