摘要
采用乳状液膜法处理造纸黑液,研究了各种因素对COD去除率的影响实验结果表明,每100mL煤油中表面活性剂为3g,载体为2mL,乳水比Rew=1∶10,油内比Roi=1∶1和搅拌速度n=300r/min时,黑液中COD去除率为98%以上,而且油相重复使用12次时。
Emulsion liquid membrane was used in treating paper mill black liquor and the factors affecting on removal ratio were studied.The result shows that the removal ratio of COD can be over 98% when the concentration of surfactant is 3*!g/100*!mL kerosene,the concentration of carrier is 2*!mL/100*!mL kerosene,the ratio of emulsion to water is 1∶10,the ratio of oil phase to internal phase is 1∶1 and the stirring speed is 300*!r/min.The effluent can accord with the standard. The removal ratio of COD is almost the same after 12 times reuse of the oil phase.
