摘要
介绍了茂钛催化剂CpTi(OPh)_3(Cp为环戊二烯基)的合成。使用CpTi(OPh)_3/MAO均相催化体系,研究了工艺条件对苯乙烯间规聚合的影响。初步探讨了以带有反应性功能基团的聚苯乙烯为载体,负载CpTiCl_3后进行的苯乙烯间规聚合。同时采用了不同配体的CpTi(OR)_3催化剂用于苯乙烯与乙烯或丙烯共聚合,得到的共聚产物是一类应用前景良好的工程塑料。
The synthesis of Ti metallocene catalyst (CpTi(OPh) 3) was described in this paper. The effects of process conditions on the syndiotactic polymerization of styrene was studied in the case of using CpTi(OPh)3 as homogeneous catalytic system. For the sake of contrast, the syndiotactic polymerizaton of styrene, catalyzed by the CpTi(OPh)3 supported on the polystyrene with reactive functional groups, was also discussed briefly. In addition, CpTi(OPh)3 catalysts with different ligands were used to copolymerize the styrene and ethylene or propylene. The copolymers so obtained were regarded as one kind of engineering plastics which showed good prospective for extensive applications.
