摘要
在Φ92mm的有机玻璃导向管充气喷动床反应器内,以玻璃珠为实验物料,以空气作流动介质,在导向管的管壁上开孔,考察导向管的开孔率对导向管充气喷动床的床层压降、最小喷动速度、最大允许充气速度以及颗粒在壁效应区下移速度的影响.结果表明:随开孔率的变化,其床层压降曲线仍呈峰值变化,而且开孔率增加,床层操作压降减小.开孔后最小喷动速度略有增加,而最大允许充气速度有所减小,但开孔率为1时的最小喷动速度和最大允许充气速度与实壁时几乎相同.质量流率相同时,随开孔率增加,颗粒的下移速度减小.表明在导向管的管壁上开孔或采用有孔的导向管。
The effect of the percentage of spotting punch in draft tube on bed pressure drop,minimum spouting velocity,maximum aerating velocity,and particle down coming rate in the region of wall effect was studied in a draft tube spouted bed with aeration made of a plexiglass cylinder with inside diameter of 92 mm,by using glass beads as experimental materials,and air as flow fluid,and by spotting punch in the wall of draft tube.Results indicate that spotting punch in the wall of draft tube is beneficial to regulate and control the particle residence time in the annulus.
