摘要
利用721A分光光度计和阿贝折光仪测定丙烯酸酯乳胶粒的平均粒径.选用5种单体配比不同的乳液,对其中每种乳液的7种不同浓度进行了测试.结果表明,当乳液的浓度小于22g·L-1时,用此法测得的乳胶粒的平均粒径与直接用电子显微镜测得的粒径很接近.该法理论基础严密,操作简便快速,结果处理简单.
Acrylate emulsion particle size have been determined by means of 721 A spectrophotometer and refractor. In this paper, testing of seven different concentration for each copolymer emulsion of five ratio of monomer was made. Experimental results showed that determined emulsion particle size is very close to that by electronic microscope when concentration of emulsion is less than 2.2 g/L. The experiment results showed that the method is easy to handle data, simple and convenient to operate.
