摘要
[目的]对上海市松江区"三医联动"综合改革后社区卫生服务的发展状况进行调查和分析,并提出对策和建议。[方法]运用态势分析法(SWOT分析法)分析松江区社区卫生服务机构(CHS)的内部环境优势及劣势、外部环境的机会及威胁,并用SWOT的策略分析矩阵组合进行系统分析,提出供选择的松江CHS的发展策略。[结果]社区卫生服务得到了重视和发展,服务数量、质量和居民认可度提高。[结论]卫生改革后上海市松江区社区卫生服务的发展对解决居民看病难、看病贵的问题发挥了重要作用,同时也存在着一些问题和不足,需要进一步完善和改进。
Objective To investigate the situation of the community health services after the comprehensive health reform-namely ＂tripartite system reform＂ in Songjiang and to provide the suggestionsi Methods Adopting SWOT method, the strength, weakness, opportunity, and threats of community based health facilities are analyzed, and the matched proposals and solutions are given to solve the problems. Results Community health services are paid attention and developed, and the service quantity and quality and residents＇ acceptance are improving. Conclusion Community health services play an important role in solving the problem of ＂seeing-doctors＂ difficultly and expensively. And some existing problems and weakness should be refined and improved.
