摘要
本文对波纹曲面的气膜冷却特性进行数值模拟,主要研究了吹风比和主流雷诺数对有效温比和主流侧换热系数的影响。研究结果表明:波谷区域的冷却效果要明显优于波峰区域;有效温比受吹风比的影响较大,并随着吹风比的增大而增大;主流侧换热系数受主流雷诺数的影响较大,并随着主流雷诺数的增大而增大。
This paper describes a numerical simulation of characteristics of film cooling on corrugated wall. The purpose is to obtain the influence of blowing ratio and mainstream Reynolds number on film cooling effectiveness and mainstream coefficient of heat transfer. The result indicates that the film cooling effectiveness in the trough zone is higher than that in the wave crest zone. The film cooling effectiveness is mainly affected by the blowing ratio and increases along with the blowing ratio. The mainstream coefficient of heat transfer is mainly affected by the mainstream Reynolds number and increases along with the mainstream Reynolds number.
