摘要
本文介绍了钒酸钇(Nd3+:YVO4;YVO4)剩料最多的固相和液相合成方法。使用该法合成的原料用提拉法生长出30×40mm~35×40mm的优质大尺寸单晶。剩料最多可以重复使用10~15次,仍能生长出优质晶体。
In this paper, the starting materials synthesis of yttrium vanadate with the way of solid phase or liquid phase reaction are presented. The fine big single crystals ( 30×40mm? ? 35×40mm) have been grown by Czochralski technique useing the raw materials of synthesis with this way. The remainder materials may be reused ten to fifteen times, and also good quality crystal still can be grown.
