摘要
正确梳理与分析我国农村信用社改革的现状及可行性,并在充分认识和正确分析这些问题的基础上提出科学合理的对策与建议,无疑是加快推进我国农业现代化进程的重大课题。通过逻辑分析与实证分析的研究方法,对我国农村信用社创新的现状予以了检讨,并分析了我国农村信用社创新的必要性与可行性,在此基础上提出在新农村建设的背景下,农村信用社的创新应当重视法治保障,创新经营理念、管理体制、金融产品和金融服务。
Under the analysis of actuality and feasibility of innovation of the rural financial cooperative organizafion（RFCO）, we could bring up some reasonable measures and advices, which could advance the agricultural modernization in China. By adopting the method of logic analysis and positivist analysis, the article carries out a research on innovation of RPCO, and argues about the necessity and feasibility of innovation. On the basis of that, the article puts forward that the innovation of RFCO should stress the legal protection and innovate the business idea, the administrative structure, the financial product and the financial service.
