摘要
企业文化是对企业经营管理的全面反映。阐述了我国中小企业文化的现状,分析了我国中小企业文化存在的问题,提出了建设企业文化的步骤和方法。
Enterprise culture reflects overally the operation and management of enterprise. This paper expounds the present situation of enterprise culture in China s small and medium-sized enterprises,analyzes the problems existing in China s small and medium-sized enterprises,and puts forward the steps and methods for constructing enterprise culture.
