摘要
火电厂普遍使用的音叉、雷达、电容、射频导纳、超声波等形式的料位计,由于附着物的存在而严重影响了对物位的测量,选择非接触式料位计是解决该问题的有效途径。介绍了一种新型非接触式物位计—无放射源核子料位计与普通核子料位计的区别、工作原理、安装及使用效果,实践表明,无放射源核子料位计在发电厂有着广泛的应用空间,特别是在高温、潮湿、粉灰的恶劣环境中,其可靠性、测量精度较其他形式的物位计有着不可比拟的优点。
Due to the existence of attachment,the various level meters used in power plants,such as tuning fork,radar,capacitance,radio frequency admittance,ultrasonic,and etc,are adversely affected.The non-contact non-radioactive nuclear level meter is considered as a solution to the problem.The working principle and advantages of this new kind of level meter were presented.Application of the meter in Jiangsu Xinhai Power Generation Co.,Ltd.showed that it is advantageous over other kinds of level meters in working :environment adaptability and measurement reliability and accuracy.
