摘要
对硅碳素(ANJ.SIC)的再生及再生后去除水中Mn2+的效果进行试验研究。试验表明,用NaOH再生后的硅碳素(ANJ.SIC)与再生前相比,出水Mn2+浓度达到0.1mg/L以下的时间有所延长。当原水Mn2+浓度范围为2.162~2.24mg/L、流速为10.4m/h时,再生后硅碳素(ANJ.SIC)出水Mn2+浓度在0.1mg/L以下的时间比再生前延长了近1倍。对再生率进行了试验研究,得出再生次数与再生率的关系。试验表明,用NaOH再生后再生率在第二次时能达到182.3%,平均再生率为170%。对再生机理进行了深入的分析研究。
The study of regeneration of ANJ.SIC and the effect of ANJ.SIC after regeneration to remove Mn2+ in the water.Tests show that comparison of ANJ.SIC which regeneration and before,the time of Mn2+ concentration in the water under 0.1mg/L.When the raw water concentration range 2.162~2.24mg/L,velocity range 10.4m/h,the time that Mn2+ concentration in the water under 0.1mg/L regeneration ANJ.SIC nearly double.The study of regeneration rate,the number of derived regeneration rate and regeneration.Tests show that after regeneration with NaOH,regeneration rate reached 182.3% in the second when the average renewable rate of 170%.The in-depth study and analysis of Regeneration mechanism.
