摘要
国际金融体系改革的呼声由来已久,本次金融危机再次暴露出现有国际金融体系的重大缺陷:美元在现行国际货币体系中的垄断与霸权地位,现行国际金融组织体系缺乏独立性和权威性,现行国际金融监管体系不完善等。因此,要改造和重塑国际金融体系:即改革国际货币体系,促进国际货币体系的多元化,打破美元的垄断霸权;推动国际金融组织改革,提高发展中国家在国际金融组织中的代表性和发言权;加强国际金融监管合作,完善国际金融监管体系,等等。
It is a long time for calling for reform of the international financial system.This financial crisis has once again exposed the major defect of international financial system as follows：U.S.dollars in the current international monetary system monopoly and hegemony,the lack of independence and authority of the international financial organizations,imperfect international financial regulatory system,and so on.Therefore,the existing international financial system need to shape and reshape such as：reforming the international monetary system,promoting the diversification of the international monetary system;breaking the monopoly of dollar hegemony; promoting the reform of international financial organizations to enhance developing countries in international financial organizations in the representation and voice;strengthening international cooperation in financial supervision;improving the international financial regulatory system and so on.
