摘要
目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者自我护理能力和自我效能水平,并检测两者的关系。方法:采用自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)和慢性阻塞性肺疾病自我效能量表(CSES),对102例COPD患者进行问卷调查,并分析两者的相关性。结果:本组COPD患者自我护理能力和自我效能水平普遍偏低,两者呈显著正相关。结论:COPD患者的自我效能水平和自我护理能力有待提高,应采取多种形式加强自我效能方面的健康教育。
Objective： To investigate the self- care ability and self- efficacy levels of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ COPD） and find out the relations between self - care ability and self - efficacy levels. Methods ： Evaluation of Self-care Ability Scale （ ESCA） and Self-efficacy Scale were used to make a survey on 102 patients with COPD and the correlation was analyzed. Results ： Self - care ability and self - efficacy levels were generally poor and the correlation was significantly positive. Conclusion： The self - care ability and self - efficacy of the patients with COPD needs to be improved, therefore health education on self- efficacy should be enhanced in various forms.
