摘要
为了研究无熟料高炉矿渣水泥(简称NCSC)的水化反应特征,设计不同配合比的NCSC,并进行了XRD、DTA、SEM试验.结果表明:NCSC的水化反应受高炉矿渣粉的碱度、化学成分及玻璃化率的影响外,很大程度上取决于石膏的使用量,并与高炉矿渣存在着最佳配合比;NCSC在水化过程中龄期7天内生成的钙矾石(3CaO·SiO2·3CaSO4·31H2O)是提供早期强度的主要来源,而7天后生成的C-S-H系列水化物是提供其后期强度的主要因素;NCSC在水化过程中几乎不生成氢氧化钙.
To study the characteristics of hydrated reaction of non-clinker slag cement(NCSC) ,the NCSC with different mix ratios was investigated and characterized by XRD,DTA and SEM.Results show that the hydrated reaction of NCSC is influenced by the alkalinity,chemical composition and vitrification ratio of the slag powder,especially by the dosage of gypsum.The generated 3CaO·SiO 2 ·3CaSO4·31H2O is the strength source in the early reaction stage,and the C-S-H hydrate is the strength source in the later reaction stage.Almost no Ca(OH)2is generated in the hydrated reaction of NCSC.
