摘要
世界文化的多样性强烈冲击着我国高等教育的人才培养模式。本研究首先分析并指出跨文化交际能力培养的必要性;而后根据莫兰的能力结构理论以及后现代课程理论,指出跨文化交际能力培养的思路与途径,提出多元文化选修课的教学模式和实施原则。本研究旨在为跨文化交际能力培养和大学英语多元文化教学改革提供新的思路。
The culture diversity of the world has had a major impact on China's higher education personnel training model. This research analyzes and indicates the necessity of cultivation of intercultural communicative competence. Based on Moran's theory of individual competence structure and post-modern curriculum theories, the research points out the approaches to developing intercultural communicative competence and promotes a multi-culture teaching model and principles in carrying out the model. Hopefully the research will provide a new idea in the cultivation of intercultural communicative competence and the reform of multi-culture College English teaching.
