摘要
目的 了解情感性精神障碍的预后。方法 对140例双相情感性精神障碍和34例抑郁症住院病人,进行了为期6年的出院后随访。结果 发现情感性精神障碍并非预后十分良好,68.3％的病人呈慢性化病程;平均直接经济损失高达1878.85元/年/人;83.33％的病人存在社会功能缺陷。结论 情感性精神障碍的预后并不十分乐观。治疗不应只局限于药物,须加强心理治疗,并给予病人社会支持。
Objective To explore the outcome of mood disorder patients. Methods 140 patients with bipolar mood disorder and 34 patients with major depression were followed-up for 6 years after discharge from hospital. Results 68. 3% of the patients with mood disorder was chromcalized ; average direct expenses was as high as 1878. 85 yuan/year/case; while 83. 33% of the patients has deficits in social function. Conclusions Outcome of patients withe mood disorder was not so ideal.
