摘要
阐述了煤矿快速装车站防冻液喷洒系统的工作原理、组成及喷洒管路部分、车皮喷洒架旋转升降机构、电气系统、自动控制部分的选型设计。使用结果表明,整个系统运行平稳,自动控制精准,喷洒效果良好。
The working principle, components, the part of sprinkling pipeline, the detailed selection design on the revolving elevating mechanism of wagon sprinkler system, electrical system, the part of automatic control are expounded. The practical results show that the entire system runs smoothly, is precise automatic control and good effect of sprinkler.
