摘要
选取我国沪深两市证交所54家农业上市公司作为样本,以各家农业类上市公司2008年年报有关资料和中国证监会及沪深两市网站的统计资料作为数据支持,从规模实力、盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力和发展能力5个方面选取12个财务指标,构建了企业竞争力评价指标体系,利用因子分析方法对农业类上市公司竞争力进行了实证分析。
I selected fifty-four listed agribusinesses from stock exchanges of Shanghai and Shenzhen as the samples, adopted the statistical data from China＇ s Securities Regulatory Commission,stock exchanges of Shanghai and Shenzhen and 2008 annuals, constructs the evaluation system including 5 angels and 12 indexes, which reflects on scale, profit, debt, operation, development. Utilized the factor analysis to their competitiveness.
