外源菌剂处理秸秆还田对小麦形态及生理特性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过小麦盆栽和原位处理秸秆还田试验,研究了外源菌剂H-1、R-1和T-1处理秸秆后对小麦形态、生理及产量的影响。施菌剂处理的小麦苗期各形态指标均高于对照,但差异不显著;施菌剂处理的小麦叶绿素含量和小麦根系活力均显著高于不施菌剂的处理。施菌剂处理的小麦分蘖数、千粒重显著高于其他处理,其中用H-1还田处理的千粒重最高;叶绿素在小麦各生育期变化明显;各处理小麦整个生育期内根系活力总变化趋势相同,幅度大小有所差异。 By wheat pot experiment and straws returned to field treatment in situ experiment were done, the effects of exogenous microbial agents on wheat morphology and physiology were studied. The wheat morphology indexes treated with microbial agents at seedling stage were all high than that of treatments without microbial agents, but there were no significant difference among them. The chlorophyll content and vitality of root system of wheat treated with microbial agents were significantly higher than that treated without microbial agents. The number of tillers and kernel weight of wheat treated with microbial agents were all high than other treatments, of which the kernel weight treated with H-1 was the highest; The chlorophyll content have significant variation at all growth duration of wheat; The general variation trend of wheat vitality of root system of every treatments was identical, but the amplitude had difference.
