综合手术治疗原发椎管内肿瘤 被引量:1

摘要 目的:介绍采用后路椎板切除椎管内肿瘤摘除术结合椎管成形术+纤维蛋白封闭剂治疗椎管内肿瘤的手术方法,并评价其疗效。方法:2003年6月~2008年10月采用后路摘除椎管内肿瘤的同时结合椎管成形术+纤维蛋白封闭剂治疗椎管内肿瘤23例。结果:手术过程顺利,无术中并发症。结论:后路椎板切除椎管内肿瘤摘除术结合椎管成形术+纤维蛋白封闭剂治疗椎管内肿瘤,在治疗原发病的同时,能预防硬膜外粘连,恢复脊柱的生物力学平衡,提高手术疗效。
